All shipments are DDP (Duties Delivery Paid). This means that Duties and Taxes (in the case on non-EU customers) will be paid to Espresso Coffee Shop and no additional fees will be charged by your local customs office. EU customers will be charged their country's respective VAT rate.
International Shipping FAQs
Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) Espresso Coffee Shop is pleased to ship to hundreds of countries worldwide.
If FedEx or TNT or UPS delivers to your Country, we will usually ship to it.
Q) How do I determine shipping rates?
A) Espresso Coffee Shop is doing its best to offer the lowest shipping prices, charging our customers only a part of the real shipping cost. The shipping fees are based on the value of the items and the method of shipment, gross weight of goods and Country destination; each Country has different delivery cost that is clearly indicated at the moment of checkout.
There is no obligation to purchase unless you complete the transaction; so feel free to add things to your shopping cart.
Q) How long will it take to deliver?
A) We ship out our international orders quickly. If an item is in stock, it will normally be sent out the same day if ordered before 12:30 CET time, otherwise the next day. For Europe, lead times are approximately 2 working days, for North America the average delivery time is 3-4 working days, 4-6 days for the rest of the world.
Q) Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
A) We will e-mail you a tracking number that you can use to track your package through TNT, UPS or FedEx. Depending on when the delivery company picks up your package at Espresso Coffee Shop , this tracking number may not be entered into their system until the next business day. That means if your order is shipped late Friday afternoon or on Saturday, they may not scan your package until Monday, and your tracking number may not work until then.
Q) Will I still have to pay duties on my package?
A) No, as these products are shipped with DDP (duty deliveries paid) terms, you will not have to pay additional fees to your local customs office.
